Greg was appointed Executive General Manager New Zealand for SRG Global in March 2019. Prior to this, Greg held the role of Country Manager New Zealand since joining the business in July 2018. Greg has over 25 years’ leadership experience in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Auckland.
Prior to joining SRG Global, Greg held the role of Chief Infrastructure Officer with Auckland Transport where he was responsible for all construction, renewal and maintenance activities across Auckland Transport’s $18b of assets.
Greg has also held executive leadership roles with Air New Zealand as International Airports Manager based in Auckland and Regional General Manager North Asia based in Shanghai, as well as operational leadership roles with New Zealand Post in New Zealand and Australia.
Greg is also actively involved in Rugby Union and is a Director for Auckland Rugby Union, Auckland Rugby Referees Association and is a Trustee of the Eden Park Trust.
Eve joined SRG Global as Group Financial Controller in May 2017.
Trained in Deloitte’s business services division, Eve received her Chartered Accountant qualification in 2009. Her 10 year’s post-qualification experience has spanned a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, wholesaling and distribution, travel, healthcare, and financial services.
Prior to joining SRG Global, Eve held the role of Financial Controller for Helloworld, a travel consolidation business and franchisor, where she was responsible for both management and statutory reporting.
She has also held management positions with Innova Products Ltd, a wholesale and distribution company based in Auckland and with Smartfoods Ltd, which manufactures Vogels’-branded muesli and cereal.
Over the last 15 years, Eve has been handmaking silver jewellery.
Martin has over 20 years’ experience in operational and management roles across multiple industrial/commercial sectors including mining/minerals, steel, aggregates, recycling, and refractory.
Martin began his career in process and technical roles before progressing into management roles within industrial and manufacturing operations.
He joined SRG Global’s refractory business (formally Crow Refractory Ltd) in 2013, initially as Operations Manager, and then progressed to General Manager - Refractory Services in 2015.
Martin is focused on developing a high-performance safety culture where all employees are encouraged to engage and participate towards achieving safety excellence.
Additionally, Martin strives to work with clients to deliver cost effective, quality, and safe solutions for his clients and places a strong emphasis on relationship management to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and has completed a post graduate MBA.
Michele was appointed to the role of Group People & HSE Manager for SRG Global NZ in March 2019 and is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. Michele has over 12 years’ human resource leadership experience in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries, including building construction, engineering consultancy, architecture, drainage and plumbing, environmental services and infrastructure.
Prior to joining SRG Global, Michele held the role of National Human Resources Manager with Hydrotech Group Limited, responsible for all human resource management and people delivery across the New Zealand business, including recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, learning and development, culture and well-being initiatives, also providing strategic HR advice and business partnership support as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Michele has also held key HR leadership roles with Multiplex Construction, Hawkins Construction and Opus International Consultants, previously working for 10 years in IT and Marketing for law firm Morrison Kent.
Michele is actively involved in charitable fundraising activities with Ronald McDonald House and has a passion for architecture and interior design.
Mike has over 25 years of construction and infrastructure maintenance experience, mostly in senior management roles. He has worked across a broad range of service delivery contracts in both New Zealand and the South Pacific region ranging in value from $300,000 to in excess of $100 million.
Mike has been with SRG Global for 6 years, initially in the role as General Manager of SRG Global Refractory Services, then transferring to head up the ‘new start’ SRG Global Building Services in 2015. In this position, Mike has overseen the successful completion of a number of New Zealand’s largest residential remediation projects and established the company as a pre-qualified supplier of choice to several central Government Ministries.
Prior to joining SRG Global Mike was General Manager of Delta Corporation Limited for 11 years. Delta was New Zealand’s only independent bitumen supplier to the New Zealand road industry and established a global supply network of refineries able to meet the bespoke New Zealand bitumen specification. While in this position Mike also sat on the Executive Council of Roading New Zealand.
Mike is actively involved in Squash and was instrumental in staging previous ‘Gold Star’ International events that drew awards from Sport NZ for ‘ Innovation in Sport’.
Steve is a very experienced General Manager in civil and industrial contracting and has over 30 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction of critical infrastructure in NZ, Australia and the Pacific. He has managed contracting businesses with turnover in excess of $110M per annum and individual construction projects between $10M to $50M value. His current portfolio is annuity maintenance work employing over 300 full time employees and $50M annual turnover working throughout New Zealand.
Steve is focused on developing high performing teams and collaborative working arrangements in niche markets and joined SRG Global (formerly TBS Farnsworth) as a General Manager in 2014. In early 2019 Steve’s role and responsibilities were extended to make him ultimately responsible for the management of all asset maintenance services and operations across New Zealand as General Manager Asset Services. He has a proven track record across a broad range of infrastructure assets including transmission towers, wind turbines, petrochemical sites, roads, rail, bridges, utility services, dairy factories, commercial and industrial buildings, penstocks and ports.

Graham joined the organisation in 1987 and held the role of General Manager of TBS Farnsworth until stepping down to take up the Engineering Manager’s role in 2012. He was an owner and a director of the group until it was sold into public ownership in 2015. Graham now works as an Engineering Consultant exclusively for SRG Global.
Trained as a mechanical engineer, Graham’s career started in thermal power station operations and construction. He then spent several years in the UK as a Consulting Engineer before returning to NZ as a Project Engineer then Regional Manager for MacDow.
Over the years of involvement with the TBS Group, he has led the company to have a very successful infrastructure maintenance operation securing a number of long-term contracts including Transpower and the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
In 2010, Graham was recognised by the Australasian Corrosion Association for his leadership and engineering capabilities in the delivery of major coatings projects. He negotiated and had oversite of delivery of many projects, such as the Poatina Penstock relining in Tasmania, the Auckland Harbour Bridge Box Girder Strengthening project (which won many national awards) and the Makatote Rail Viaduct Refurbishment, which won international acclaim.
